Keto VANILLA BEAN SMOOTHIE

INGREDIENTS:

1 cup full-fat coconut milk 

1/2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract 

1 scoop vanilla bone broth protein 

1/2 cup water 

1 cup ice 

Pinch of sea salt 

2 to 3 drops liquid stevia (optional) 

 

DIRECTIONS:

Place all the ingredients in a high-speed blender and blend until smooth.
