It says "The RIPE community asks the RIPE NCC to complete the [IANA transition] proposal and to submit it to the ICG before January 15th 2015." Does RIPE NCC refer to the staff of the RIR? That is, is the proposal going to be written by the staff and directly submitted to the ICG? Or is the proposal going to be submitted for discussion to this (or some other) mailing list? Please recall that the IANA transition process is supposed to involve the global multi-stakeholder community, and not just the RIPE community. Best, Richard
