Dear Paul,

when I compare electron density maps calculated with CCP4 or with CNS/ PHENIX in COOT 0.4.1, or compare maps calculated with CNS/PHENIX in COOT 0.4.1 and in other graphical display programs, the CNS/PHENIX contour level in COOT seem to be wrong by a factor of 2. This means, that in COOT I have to contour a CNS/PHENIX 2mfodfc-map at 2*sigma to get the appearance of a 1*sigma contour level, and a CNS/PHENIX mfodfc- map at 6*sigma to get the appearance of a 3*sigma map. Conversion into a CCP4 map with MAPMAN doesn't fix this. This problem is visible both with the linux version and the Mac version. Could you please check this?

Best regards,

Dirk.
