Dear RNA experts,What should happen when the user tries to generate ideal RNA with a sequence that includes a 't'?
Should it o give up immediately, with a "stupid user" (or some such) message? o silently ignore all ts? o silently convert ts to us? o something else? Thanks, Paul.
