All:Does COOT have a mechanism to add N-terminal groups (e.g. N-acetyl, N-formyl) to the N-terminal residue of a protein molecule? In concept, it would be similar to adding an OXT to the C-terminal residue (i.e. Calculate->Other Modelling Tools->Add OXT to Residue...).
