trying to get a map from mtz file using fft in ccp4i, it appeared my simple map does not look like the map I got from coot. At the same time, while I was trying to build 2Fo-Fc map (assuming simple map is not 2Fo-Fc), there were several options I could choose from for each F and PHI, or others, and I was not able to find clear answer from simple googling.... any idea, or clarification?
