Say I have 5bp long stretch of double helix DNA that I want to dock into the density manually. Rotate/translate zone does not work, presumably because the fragment is made of two chains. I can get around this by renumbering one of the strands and then renaming it all as one chain, but boy this is an ugly workaround. I suspect I am missing something simple - is there an option to, say, move the whole molecule or a zone that spans multiple chains?
