Occasionally when I am doing real space refine for my protein, I encounter the following (part) message: "No restraints found! ....". I'm clueless as to why as the amino acids are fine. It may have something to do with the hydrogen building in Phenix Ready Set, but I can't seem to find out why it happens only on particular positions. Is there a way in COOT to quickly check the input PDB for anything that is missing restraints so I can identify the problem and correct it before any manual or automated real space refinement? ______________________________________________________________________________________ Joseph P.
