Hello, I'm using Coot-coot-0.8.7-binary-Linux-x86_64-debian-gnu-linux-8-python-gtk2 in Debian in my laptop (Intel® Core™ i3-2330M CPU @ 2.20GHz × 4; graphic card Intel HD 3000; RAM 4GB). I'm using Debian 8.8 Jessie; Kernel: x86_64 Linux 3.16.0-4-amd64; Shell: bash 4.3.30; WM: GNOME Shell The program is very slow on my computer in full screen. In small screen it is ok. However, even in small screen it is very slow when I refine the Real Space refine zone button. When I check how many frames per second it give me the results 300 frames per 5 second.
I also have wincoot-0.8 in Windows that installed on this laptop. The wincoot works very well. Is there any suggestion to solve my problem? Thank you, Phong
