Hi Karsten, Yes, that dialog needs some work, doesn't it? Sorry. It's on the "must fix for 0.8.9 release" list.The work-around that I use is to Copy Fragment and do a Rama plot for that. It is quite painful however (I often find myself editing the wrong molecule).
