Many thanks for your kind & fast reply. In many circumstances only the combination of both (base pairing and planarity between horizontally-related residues) gave reasonable results (likewise when defining base pairs in phenix setting 'restrain_planarity' option to true). Sorry (made a typo before) adding insertion code specifier made command work in coot higher then 0.8.3; Finally was just wondering how to accordingly edit user-define-restraints.scm (in share/coot/scheme/) such like defining a planarity restraint per mouse click is working again.
