Hi,
I have proceeded on to building own coot, as Paul suggested, but I am
not very succesfull... Would any one share with his build-it wrapper on
CentOS7, and what exact extra packages had to be installed?
I have looked in INSTALL, and did not find Centos/RHEL equivavlent for
libc6-dev, I think I have rest. During the building libgd, I got:
"qinp.f:52.11:
USE LISTS
1
Fatal Error: Can't open module file 'lists.mod' for reading at (1): No
such file or directory
make: *** [qinp.o] Error 1
make: *** Waiting for unfinished jobs...."
And few warnings earlier, which seems to be connected to C99 compiler
(it is 2019, right?)
However, if someone can share a working recipe, it would be very
appreciated; at best, including "enhanced ligand features". I am not
that skilled in custom compiling, and time-to-play is more and more
limited...
