Dear Coot users, Paul has recently fixed the problems Coot was having with downloading files from the PDB and for Curlew extensions. Fixed versions of Coot 0.9-pre for Linux and Mac are available in the latest CCP-EM nightly builds on http://www.ccpem.ac.uk/download.php. Please let me know if you continue to experience any problems downloading files from within the CCP-EM builds of Coot.
