We we’re looking at an EM map with Coot yesterday and found that a single step in the scroll function for the map value was way too course to see some on the fainter features of the map. Is there a Coot parameter we can change to decrease the scroll step size? Do we need to rescale the map values?
This has never been a problem for me with x-ray density.
