Dear all, I am running Coot v. 0.9-pre EL from the CCPEM on Mac OS 10.13. Upon 'rotamerizing existing structure' using Rcrane I get the list of alternative conformers and I can go through it, but nothing happens upon clicking on 'accept new coordinates'. So my only option is to quit the extension using 'restore original coordinates' which exits fine. Is that a bug? an incompatibility of some kind? perhaps this has been fixed in a subsequent 0.9 version? Thanks in advance,
