Hi Andrea, this happens to me all the time when I use wincoot. It has something to do with locale settings and comma vs. point. When you save the pdb, all decimal points will be exchanged to commas. My wincoot always saves files with commas, and then gets the same result when opening it. One way to fix it after the fact is editing the pdb with a text editor, and search and replace "," for ".", but I don't know how to fix it from happening.
