This is what is done for a wee while. So, this is fixed already in 0.9.6. (I guess not in CCP4 yet but available form my site: https://bernhardcl.github.io/coot/wincoot-download.html). NB: all other efforts to set it in the dos command (and even in the Windows setting) are less reliable but may work.
