What is the configure command line to drive the compile process? I have used
the following but it errors out.
I had to do a complete build of COOT from scratch. I seem to have all
prerequisites installed and the configure completes using this line.
./configure "CXXFLAGS=-g -O2" CFLAGS=-fPIC --enable-shared
--prefix=/home/gmadise1/COOT/coot-0.9.6
I executed the make and I cannot seem to trigger resolutions to the following:
