Dear All,
I apologise in advance if this is in the documentation (or if it was
answered before), but I honestly couldn't find it.
I have 8 copies of a heterotrimer in the asymmetric unit (24 chains). At
this (very initial) stage, I am focusing on chains A, B and C of the
heterotrimer, and I want to apply the edits made on these to the
remaining NCS-related molecules (edits in chain A, applied to chains D,
G, J, M, P, S and V; edits in chain B to E, H, K, N, Q, T and W; and
edits in C, to F, I, L, O, R, U and X).
How can I make this in COOT? I successfully applied this in the past,
but it were different copies of the same molecule in the asymmetric
unit.
