This looks like tangled libraries. Frustrating that we can't see
more. I will speak the the builder with stern words and make it
clear that he should turn on backward.

Did you untar the coot binary tar file into /usr/local?


I did.  Coot-0.9.6 that comes with ccp4 will work, but the 3d image
seems like it's way back inside the monitor instead of coming out of
the monitor like it used to.  We also had to set
(set-hardware-stereo-angle-factor .2) in the ~/.coot file to get
stereo to display properly.
