Hi An update on 0.9.8.7
I realized now that it I center click on the first added NAG, then the carbohydrate module updated and recognizes the tree. So I think it is working. It’s just not updating to the newest sugar added as before I would say the only thing missing is the appearance of the LINK between the Asn and the first NAG.
