Is reorder chains implemented in Coot 1.3.1? I can’t find it, and I miss it.
Also, I find in the LSQ fit window in 1.3.1, the Chain dropdown menu for the moving molecule shows chains from the reference molecule. Best wishes KEvin -- Kevin M.
