Does Coot 1.x have a tool for adjusting main-chain torsions?

Not directly like 0.9.x used to. I didn't find the peptide rotation tool useful. I found that the peptide was either flipped or unflipped - so that is what we have today. Peptide flipping is bound to the "Q" key - so I call it "Q-flipping" (haha).

Q-flipping works both in "static" and RSR moving-atoms mode.
