I haven't really tracked down the problem because "it works for me 🤷" I have tried changing the default colors in case I just was not seeing and radius etc. Nothing is showing and since I am working on 12 mer currently I sort of need the symmetry related molecules to see what is going on. As far as I could/can tell it was (is?) some packaging problem in the CCP4 binaries. My suggestion is to try the homebrew binary and see if they pop up.
