Hello, So I have been using coot 1.2/1.3 and I am trying to get use to it. One big problem I am having on my Mac is when you set coot to show the symmetry related molecules to show up they don’t. I have tried changing the default colors in case I just was not seeing and radius etc. Nothing is showing and since I am working on 12 mer currently I sort of need the symmetry related molecules to see what is going on. Still running Sonoma so I can flip back to 0.9.
