it doesn't I think, because the 8132 is a tunnel. So 8111 and 8132 are
peers. That was always my understanding. Marc?

Patch attached that gets us to a correct config space. :-)
and a hang :-(

Spelling errors etc. in the 8111 code will be needed. Too much of the
code in coreboot .c files is not written in any known language :-)
