Given we were churning the strings anyway due to the separation
of one translation per options, I thought it the best time to adjust the format.
Long term this should ease translation burden I expect,
with translators having to worry a lot less about layout,
and less changing translations due to them being more isolated.

These are command-line tools, not the clickety-clickety world of the web.

Documentation is primarily consumed on the web these days
