We believe we have identified a reasonable way forward for all the items, except for one: Leonard's/C2PA need to accommodate multiple TSTs associated with the same datum. The solution to this issue is technically straightforward. We change the header's CBOR type from `bytes` to `bytes / [ 2* bytes ]` and then let the application policy dictate how to use multiple TST values. In fact, Orie has already sent us a couple of PRs [1], [2]. However, it's important for us to first understand the underlying use case. Leonard (and others who may have similar usage scenarios), could you please help us with this? cheers!
