Once we receive Paul's approval, we’ll reach out to the designated experts for 
the relevant registries to approve as well.

Just a quick note: for the COSE Key Types (Section 8.1.2.1) and COSE Key Type 
Parameters (Section 8.1.5) registrations, the registration procedure for the 
registries is Expert Review, so RFC 7120 early allocation does not apply. We'll 
instead ask the experts to approve these as permanent registrations. If you 
have any concerns or questions, please let us know.
