Do you also approve the COSE Key Type and COSE Key Type Parameter registrations 
in Sections 8.1.2 and 8.1.5? 

Please note that since the above registries are expert review registries, the 
RFC 7120 early allocation process does not apply here. Once we receive your 
approval, we'd proceed with a permanent registration.
