you didn't state your needs at all (but listed a handful of software
components you'd like to use) neither are they necessary
simple. besides: the webinterface to manage these things is probably
the very last component to worry about in a complete email
environment.
for every single aspect (smtp and imap daemons, LDAP-based mail
routing and virtual domains, authentication methods, account
management, etc.) there are many possibilities and each has it's
drawbacks.
let alone that cosign-discuss is not the place for any of it, IMHO.

ps: forget about LDAP simple binds and saslauthd if you're creating an
email archtecture from scratch. got me, I couldn't resist ;)
