I would be glad to spend some time working on a chart listing the modern equivalents of all the lubricants listed in the book. A lot of the 1940s numbers and some products are obsolete.
We could relabel the lubrication chart for everyone to have, showing where WD-10 type products or grease are appropriate, what brake fluid for different systems, grease and fluids for various gear types, (bearings) etc. All we need is the info all in one place. If anyone wishes to provide info, I'll get busy.
