Andy, According to the Service Manual for your model, it looks like 10 oz of mineral oil is correct for servicing each of your two main landing gear struts.
For my F-1A, I use Hydraulic fluid according to my book. I think it was Mil 5606. The Pilot's Shop probably stocks some if you don't have the mineral oil. As I read my manual, it says mineral oil / 10 > ounces. It is serial # 3042 and has one seal on the strut piston.
