Ran into same problem. Had IA work with me and we found a leak in the metal tubing where it entered the cockpit . Also found a leak in the static tube which I think was the major problem. When I opened or closed the cockpit during flite I had a major fluctuation of the VSI and the airspeed indicator. Repairing the tubing solved the problem for me.
