Hi Ed, I think the state sticker and pilot license are voluntary.  I could
not
find a law that says we have to have it.  They have something on the form,
but
I think that is a federal law that they try to scare us with.. That says
there
is a $1,000 fine to fly a plane with out a registration.   gene
