Larry,
    The AD in question is AD 86-22-09, issued in 1986.  It required
changing
the nipple from the gascolator to the carburetor if necessary from the
aluminum
nipple (AN911-2D) to a brass or steel nipple (AN911-02) as described in
Univair
Ercoupe Bulletin No. 24A dated August 22, 1986.  The Service Bulletin also
calls for double support tubes (P.N. 48076 and 48096) to be installed if
they
are not in place.  Service Kit No. SK-76 contains all the parts necessary
to
provide correct gascolator support, along with the brass or steel elbows
and
nipples and clamping hardware.
