Okay, I see that at the corners of the windshield there is a trim piece on the inside, between which and the windshield frame the windshield is sandwiched. On 06H, the 'dashboard' is covered with some fuzzy material, so I can't see how far the piece extends, nor if it is perhaps anchored to the glare-shield in some way.
Is the proper procedure to remove the piece or is it rather to simply work the windshield into place with the trim piece still *in situ*?
