For that money you should be able to find an IA that'll do all of the job while you supervise. Not sure if the 65 can be converted to a 75, but your high dollar "supervisor" should know that. You may be able to hot rod it up to the same hp as a 75, but I really don't know if it could be used in certificated airplanes. I spoke to some boys down in Florida that were putting Chrysler pistons of some size into the 85's and getting unreal performance from them. That's a bit much for me!
