The rigging instructions in the maintenance manual (such as it is) calls for 160-180 pounds of tension on the elevator cables, which are 5/32" in thickness. This seems to me to be a bit on the high side, even given the thickness. As I'm reluctant to torque the back off the aircraft I thought I'd seek opinion before cinching them up. Thanks in advance.
