I want you to know that I have a 415 -D that has a serial #569. The changes that need to be made to a # below 813 to convert a C to a D have to do with making the orfices in the shocks bigger and putting a stainless sheet in place of the AL4 one over the gass tank. I have flown all types of ercoupes. The 2 gallons less fuel is no problem. After 2-3 hrs of flying I'm ready to come down. You can strech out the hours of flying by reducing RPM and speed.
