Addressing Trevor Lyons story in Feb. Coupe Caper in regard to the ram air
for the engine. Back when my crank seal was leaking the oil was coming out
of
the air inlets of the cylinder. So the idea of higher pressure stemming
from
the ram air of the
oil inlet is valid. Now I have seen a J-4 Cub Coupe (no relation) at a fly
in
the middle of summer with its winter front in place too. So a winter front
made up with a couple of slits in it for some air passage seems to be a
fair
compromise. Looking for members to share their input.
