That is not a good idea. The only way I know of this having been done was one which had a tail off an old round-tail Cessna grafted onto it. I believe it was an airshow plane which was very experimental. This was just a few years back. The whole thing was so idiotic that I almost think I dreamed reading about reading that article but I didn't. You would not have proper handling with the Ercoupe twin tail. I have rudder pedals in mine and the rudders are nowhere near as effective as you would probably want.
