Greetings
The holes are all cut and the rings installed and now a couple of
questions for the group. The AD reads (If the wing is covered with
synthetic fabric, it is recommended that a cover patch be applied over
the ring to prevent the ring peeling away from the fabric surface.) Are
they talking about putting a patch over the metal inspection cover?
Doesn't sound necessary to me? Any advice would be appreciated. Best
