Budd Davisson wrote a good article in the May 2000 issue of EAA Sport Aviation about flying low powered aircraft (Ercoupes, Cubs, Cessna 120/140/150, Champs, etc.). He talks about the pros and cons, including flying in the high altitudes of the western states. It can be done safely and effectively; it just requires the correct technique for that type of aircraft. The key is to not demand the aircraft to do something out of character with its design and power. Paul __________________________________________________ Do You Yahoo!? Yahoo!
