No, Wayne, I'm sure they won't bend the rules for us or make any special 
dispensations.  What they
might do is alter the limits somewhat if enough of us comment on the NPRM.
We 
should say lots of
positive things about the proposal and then suggest that the gross weight 
limitation be changed to 1275
lbs in order to include the 1260 lb gross Ercoupes, which are very safe to

fly.  It's sure worth a
try.  EAA thinks we can do it if we all get behind it.
