Hi, Danny...

Sounds like you basically have the Alon elevator arrangement.
I'd try and find an Alon to compare trim-tab rigging with. Perhaps
someone did the conversion and didn't quite get everything right,
and you have some sort of cross-breed trim tab.

Since your ISP is ptd.net, I'm guessing you're here in the
western NJ eastern PA region. Drop me a line to tell me where
you are, and I'll get you with someone who has an Alon from
which you can take some notes and photos.
