I am in the process of doing the 15 gal tanks and also putting a 0-200 on the nose. I am like you if I can I would rather not have fuel in the cockpit with me all though there are a bunch of people on this net that feel it is ok and stating that they know of no fires or problems I do not choose to be the first so out goes the header tank. I fly my Stits playmate with about 30 gallons in a nose tank and the thought of fire is always on my mind. I have had to people I know that burned up in A/C fires.
