and if you have a small head try Peltors they are the only ones I can find which are comfortable on my pointy little head (those one-size-fits-all ball caps? even at the smallest adjustment they're too big)
roger on the lack of clamping pressure plus they have the highest NRR of any but the ANR headsets I use Peltors for shooting sports too... Candy
