$288.30 is the MAP, or minimum advertised price. That's what
DC fixes as the lowest price a vendor can advertise or be
threatened with cut-off of supply. Who said 'restraint of
trade' and 'price-fixing' was illegal!?! Supposedly it's
to 'protect' the FBO from too much mail-order competition.

That price is too high. You can buy it cheaper from 
Marv Golden. www.marvgolden.com.

They treated me right. Sold it to me for less, threw in
a pretty decent headset case, and charged way less for
shipping than other vendors. All in all, I came out
$40-$50 lower than Sporty's.

The H10-13.4 is nice. But get the stereo version. Not
that you'll use stereo, but it sure is nice to have 
a volume control on each ear.
