I was curious why my Coupe always had head-winds on both directions of
an out-and-back.  I had to fly my approaches at the same speeds as
yours.  Then, I tested my air-speed indicator with a stop-watch over
ground references and did careful calculations to find out the air-speed
indicator was WAY off!

The new TSO'ed air-speed indicator agrees pretty nicely with my GPS. 
Just after installing it, I did stopwatch testing and found I was
getting very accurate 100 mph cruise indications with the new instrument
(<.66 mph error at 100 mph indicated).

The drop in _indicated_ minimum-flying speed was from 65 mph to 50 mph.
